What this platform is
FlowFirm Finance is a demonstration banking platform. No real financial institution operates it, and no real funds move through it. This policy exists to be honest about what happens to the information you enter here, not because a real bank's regulatory disclosures apply.
What's collected
Account registration collects a name, email, phone number, and address, purely so the platform can demonstrate a working account experience — login, transfers, KYC-style verification, and so on. No real identity verification takes place, and none of this information is sold or shared with third parties.
Security of your information
Passwords and transaction PINs are hashed, never stored in plain text. Sensitive stored values — including card numbers — are encrypted at rest. See the Security page for the full picture of how account actions are protected.
